Ship protection is a great way to protect your order, even if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged by no fault of your own. Guidelines as follows for orders, including Ship Protection:
*Notify us ASAP if you do not receive your order once you receive carrier confirmation. (Or if your order shows any signs of damage) Contact info: Whatsup@dermdude.com. Please include your full name, correct shipping address and order number. If the issue is damages, please include photos.
*We will respond to your notice within one business day, usually faster (excluding holidays). If the issue is a lost or missing shipment, we will need up to 5 business days to reach the carrier and confirm details. In some cases, the missing shipment is quickly located and delivered. In the event the shipment cannot be located, we will re-ship your initial full order to your confirmed shipping address. There is a one-time cap on reshipments. In the event your order does not reach you (for any reason) a second time, we will not send a third shipment at our expense. If the product is damaged, upon receiving photos from you, we will immediately reship any damaged products. We will send you a return label for you to send back the damaged products at no cost to you.
*Refund policy with Ship Protection: We cannot refund orders in cases where the carrier has confirmed delivery. If we ship your second order for free as part of our Ship Protection plan, we will not accept returns on that re-shipped order.
